If anyone - Republican, Democrat, anyone - can explain this logic to me, then I'll vote for Bush. In the Guardian:
Here is a small sample of who has been getting "reparation" awards from Iraq: Halliburton ($18m), Bechtel ($7m), Mobil ($2.3m), Shell ($1.6m), Nestlé ($2.6m), Pepsi ($3.8m), Philip Morris ($1.3m), Sheraton ($11m), Kentucky Fried Chicken ($321,000) and Toys R Us ($189,449).
Hahaha...but it won't matter if I vote for Bush, since I live in California. That's why God made the electoral college.
My bad...rich, white, slave owners made the electoral college. Oh, yeah...and they also wrote the constitution. Oh, yeah...and in 2004 they're still saying this, "If we do not suppress the Detroit vote, we're going to have a tough time in this election."
And to those who say that on "occasion" companies/governments do bad things - please take a cumulative look at the history of the US and tell me that for the past 228 years we've "occasionally" done bad things.
Just ask and I'll supply you with ample reading material.
